We are happy to arrange for the service of process literally anywhere, though of course it is more likely that you will require process serving to be undertaken in the jurisdiction, and this is where we score strongly on price!
We will accept instructions to serve legal process on an individual, company or firm, anywhere in England or Wales, and you can be assured that it isn't going to cost the earth!
Our prices for England and Wales are fixed, regardless of how many attendances are made., and include all time, mileage, preparation of Affidavit or Statement of Service, and reporting. The only 'add-ons' for a *standard instruction are Oath fees where incurred, and VAT.
You can forward your instructions by post or DX, and they will be despatched to a local agent upon receipt.
* A supplementary charge may be made for urgent instructions, or if collection of documents is required. Our fixed prices are per person at one address. A further charge will be levied for serving more than one person at an address, or if attendance at more than one address is required.
If copy documents are not supplied a copying charge may be payable.
